Dear CUFSAA Member,
A group of young researchers (including some UG and PG students) in the department of Zoology and Environment Sciences at the University of Colombo are organizing a Webinar titled “Building Resilience Together” highlighting the importance of disaster risk reduction, reducing vulnerability and increasing resilience with a special focus on youth.
This will be held as a pre-conference event on the 23rd November, 2021 prior to the International Conference on Multidisciplinary Approaches in Science which is organized by the Faculty of Science, to celebrate 100 years of excellence.
This group is producing a short video on youth voices on disaster risk reduction and would like to invite a few students (UG or PG, but should be domestic students)
from USA universities who would like to voice their opinions on zoom. The recording will be done prior to the vent.
